Listening in Stillness, Serving in Joy!

“Deep within us all

there is an amazing inner sanctuary of the soul,

a holy place, a Divine Center, a speaking Voice,

to which we may continuously return.”

Thomas Kelly, A Testament of Devotion

Contemplative practices can help us connect with God in the inner sanctuary.

As a community we use a variety of means, both in solitude and in community,

to cultivate this oneness on a daily basis. Our practices include centering prayer,

sacred yoga, tai chi, and dance (body prayer), lectio divina (scripture meditation),

walking meditation on labyrinths and in nature, art as prayer, writing as prayer,

music as prayer, and holy conversations that bring a sense of oneness with God.
